• Kindly call us to make a reservation at least 48 hours before your preferred date and time, to allow us to make the necessary accommodations. Walk-ins are acceptable but subject to room and therapist availability.

• Kindly come at least 10 minutes early so we may prep you for your spa treatment. Please call us if you are running late. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, thus lessening the duration and effectiveness of treatments.

• Kindly alert us of your special medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies, injuries or other medical complications. We strongly advise you to seek the advice of your doctor before signing up for any spa treatments. If you experience any discomfort during your treatment, kindly alert our staff immediately.

• Give a 24-hour cancellation notice to allow rescheduling of your spa treatment. Re-scheduling of appointments is subject to room and therapist availability.

• Treatments, packages, gift certificates and memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Robes, towels and slippers will be provided during the course of your treatment at IREE Touch. Shower and prayer facilities are also available.

• We ask that you kindly leave your valuables and jewelry at home. IREE Touch will not assume any liability for lost or damaged personal items.

• To ensure maximum relaxation, we ask our patrons to keep noise at a minimal level. Although we love small children, those below 12 years old are not allowed within the spa premise as we have equipment here that is not appropriate for a child-safe environment. Handphones and other electronic devices should be switched off during treatment sessions.

• Photography, video taking, outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited.

• Payment can be made out in cash or credit card (for treatment(s) above RM100 only).

• IREE Touch is open daily from 11.00am until 9.00pm. Last treatment starts at 7.00pm.

• In appreciation of exception services, gratuity may be given to the therapist at your own discretion.

• We ask our patrons to fill out our survey form after every treatment as an effort to improve our services and products. All personal information will be kept transparent and confidential.
